Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff, standing in the back on their phones while customers were entering the store and standing waiting at the register . Great deals but customer service could be better.
One of my favorite stores. So glad they opened back up.
The store isn’t being kept organized. There is paper on the floor in the shoe area and the shoe boxes are disheveled. Two employees there today who aren’t greeting or helping customers that need shoes or fitting rooms. Waited for some time to use the fitting room. Employee using her cell phone and looked at the line of people waiting for the fitting room then continued to walk to the Employee area in the back. Bad service. No music in the store either. Just kind of weird?
Emily Emily Emily was amazing!!!!! Freaking awesome fun shopping day. So glad my favorite store is back!!! However let's get one back in Akron!!!!
A lot of style at reasonable prices! They have sizes for every body type, from small to plus size.nnUpdate: Not feeling the new store.
