We had never been here before and stopped in for a drink with a couple friends on a Sat night. It was decent. Staff were very nice. Lots of draft beers although not a lot that were interesting to me. Table, chairs and decor was nice. It worked fine for what we wanted. We don’t choose crowded or busy places most of the time. I liked the music personally. It was a blend of 80s to modern pop and you could talk over it easily while still providing some privacy from other patrons. The loaded nachos were just ok. Drink prices were dead on average for the area. None of us had any drink issues. Overall it was a good experience. Maybe come back to try breakfast or dinner sometime.
Good food, great choices in beer. (I have odd taste in beer), but cooking seems to be a little inconsistent. Ordered same food two days in row, different both times. Still, both dishes were very good.
Food has gone downhill fast. Twice recently I ordered and it was awful. Fish sandwich was a big fat blob of burnt batter. Other steak sandwich was dry and tasteless. Won't be going back ever. Prices are way too high for the food.
Okay, WOW. Did you know about their bakery? Because I didn't. But I am SO glad I know now! I was tasked with getting a big cake within a few days and Walther's was so helpful through the whole process. I didn't really have an idea for what I wanted it to look like, so I was very vague in what I asked for. I couldn't have imagined this turning out any better and it impressed the whole office- not to mention it was delicious. Go to Walther's for all your bakery needs!
I love this place! They have daily specials and tasty drinks. Comfortable and clean atmosphere.
