Outback Steakhouse

The food was excellent. I had the 11oz center cut sirloin . Ordered it medium rare. It was cooked perfect. My wife had the half rack of ribs . They were also excellent. Meat fell right off the bone the flavor was amazing. Service was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place

Our food was great and our waiter was excellent. I don't think that I have had a better waiter before in a restaurant. It was like he could read your mind and he knew what you wanted before you even asked for it. He deserved a great tip and he got one. Remember to tip your waiters and waitresses especially when they do a good job because they don't even get paid minimum wage.

Just ehh.... not like it used to be. Steaks were tough. Texas Roadhouse steaks are honestly better. Love the bread and the blue cheese pecan chopped salad though. My kid actually said the chicken fingers weren't good either. Server was good though! Drinks were refilled always :)

They offer this special that's half lobster half steak for valentine's day. But that's also very near my birthday. So I think they just do it for my birthday. Thanks outback. That's real cool of you, 5 stars mate

We hadn’t been to Outback in many years, and decided to change that tonight!nnThe true rating is more like a 1.5, but can’t do halves. Here’s why:nnTHE GOOD:nArrived as a family of four walk in, told an hour wait. Decided to wait and it was only 25 minutes.nnThe waiter assigned to us was polite and courteous.nnBread was brought quickly and refilled often.nnOUR ORDER:nThree burgers and a kids Mac n cheese. Water to drink.nnTHE BAD:nThe longer-than-usual wait for food, which was somewhere between 25-30 minutes. Ever looked around and see people that arrived after you getting their food, and finding yourself jealous? (Yep.)nnSome items on the menu were not even available.nnThe burgers were ordered to be cooked well done. After the long wait, we received our food. The Mac n cheese was barely warm. Two burgers were fine while the third was very red, which would equate to maybe a rare or medium rare. Burger didn’t have mustard per the menu description either. We contacted wait staff and a replacement order was put in. (Sorry honey, you’ll have to starve for a bit longer.)nnWhile we waited, the children and I received the ok to eat our food while my wife at the bacon cheddar fries from the “bad” burger plate. We inquired whether the fries would be saved or need redone as well and were told it’s easier to make a new order of the entire thing. When a woman, who I presume is the manager, brought the new plate out, it contained a burger only (still no mustard). No apology, just a request for my wife to cut it open and ensure it was properly cooked, and it was. (No more fries or mustard for you!)nnOnce the bill was brought out, we checked and nothing had changed. We weren’t expecting anything, but In every other restaurant we’ve been to, yes even Outback, has offered a free appetizer or covered the bad part of the meal.nnTHE CONCLUSION:nThe food wasn’t the problem here; they fixed the improperly cooked portion of the meal. Where they really missed the mark was in customer service. The long wait for food and lack of acknowledgement they messed up was key. Any business can do the bare minimum to make things right, but it’s those that go above and beyond that truly succeed and get our repeat business.nnWe will stick with our normal favorite place and will not return after this experience.
