August 21, 2020:nI took my family of 5 to Friday's this evening at around 7pm. We ordered wings, ribs and burgers. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. The burgers we ordered well done were served medium rare and cold. The rest of the food was adequate. I would expect a manager to visit a table when service was this bad, but there were none to be seen. The restaurant was at no more than 1/10th capacity. We were the only ones seated in our section. After 2 hours of very slow service, We did not complain about the food, paid our bill, and went home. We did not want to wait any longer for the food issues to be remedied.*nnAugust 2019:nGreat place for a steak, Burger, ribs or chicken! Low calorie and vegetarian options available too. As a father of 3, finding a menu that suits the whole family is always a win. It's worth the trip just for the Jack Daniels sauce. ****

I waited 1 hour too get my food, then got my food and mine and some of our party’s food was undercooked and cooked wrong. They gave my pregnant girlfriend borderline raw chicken. The waitress was super nice and really helpful but they need new cooks.

Food was not great. I waited 15 minutes just to get an iced tea. Our sampler was missing mozzarella sticks, my mother got soup, waited 10 minutes to get a spoon. We waited 20 minutes just to get our card back. She said they were short staffed, there was only 4 tables including ours. Floor was gross and sticky. Staff was busy talking to each other more than doing their jobs. People next to us had a bug in their water. Noticed 4 cars of people come in and immediately walk back out. Food was good, however, I had to wait 15 minutes for a server. Last time I came in, they got my order completely wrong and I only got 25% off. I love Friday's, they have great food, but this specific location need better staff. The restaurant wasn't clean either; I got sat at a dirty table and the restrooms were scattered with towels and soap.
