Amazing customer service. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. I was amazed by how far they go to make you happy with service. Best around town. I think my service guys name was Jeffery. Treat you like family.
We have been working with Hempy - both the Forest and Tiffin offices - since 2016. When we bought a house they had a hemp system already installed and we just kept it. We ended up moving and then called on Hempy again when we drilled a new well at our home. They have always been quick to respond, available to check the system when needed and have been consistent throughout the years. We have an RO system, softener and filtration system and are on the rental plan so that we don't have to do anything other then add salt and change the RO filters.
Quick service, loaded my car and I was done. Always nice and helpful.
Continues to send bills to someone who hasn't been around for 2 years, even when notified about it.
Friendly and offers a good product at a very reasonable price
