After finding good deals on their website and paying for my order I got an update days later saying I got the items too cheap and must pay even more to get them sent.
Tried to get a refund, after days of calls, voicemails, emails (including to the person who asked me to contact them regarding it), messages through their website (don't believe their 25/8 customer service), and Facebook I finally got through to someone through voice. I was told the only way to get them at the price I got was to build a kit then remove part of it, ya know, cheat the system. Informed them that you click the item and add to cart. No trickery, just buy it like normal. I was told a refund would be issued. I double checked to make sure they could do the refund via bitcoin and was assured they could (implied it was automatic).
A week went by and no refund. I contacted them again and they told me they didn't know how to do a refund with it. So in the time they couldn't figure out how, they never contacted me about it. If I didn't call them would they have just no tried and kept the money? They finally sent me a check.
The first aid kit is awesome! Chock full of good stuff and received it about a week after ordering. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond.
I find myself enjoying these products very much! It seems to me like they really do care about my satisfaction. And I must say that their customer service is on point, and I do know a couple of the employees who love working there. Overall this company has wowed me, and I would recommend it to anyone!!!
MyMedic is the greatest first aid kit provider in the world. I carry my Solo kit with me everywhere I go as well as my Recon in my car at all times. I always have a feeling of assurance as I know I have the best first aid kit on the planet with me. Everyone needs one of these!!
I love the recon kit so much. It has everything I would need in it. I keep it in my car always for when I go camping. It always makes me feel safe knowing that even if something was to go wrong, I am prepared.
