Bought an expensive floral arrangement that was not placed in my cart, which everyone makes mistakes. Went all the way home and realized it was never placed in my cart. Drove all the way back and went to the customer service desk, the worker laughed at me and handed it to me and sent me on my way. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional someone could be and why she thought her mistake was so amusing.

Since the remodel this is not my main store to shop. The variety of items is greatly diminished. The “look” is cheap and appears disorganized.

Understaffed and very disorganized. For the past month or two I keep expecting it to get better but it’s not. Impossible to find what Im looking for and employees don’t know either, also Deli is understaffed and slow

Rearranging the store. A little inconvenient when you are stopping get get a few things and can't find the product.
