I had an amazing time here, and even ordered a custom-made piece. It came out beautiful. It was my family name, and it was done in two days.nnNote: I was curious about the bad reviews, some on here and other sites, which all seem to surround customer service. To be honest, I think that the workers are not rude, but more like no-nonsense. What I like is that they aren't going to try to sell you stuff. If you want to come in and look, fine. If you want to buy something, do that. If you want something made, have an idea (a sketch is better) and know what you want to ask. That's it...it's not your chain jewelry shop, so if you want to be sold something, this is not the place for you.
Beautiful pieces for sale. Owners are sooo friendly. We had a great visit and plan on purchasing several items from them for x mad presents.
Really cool place. The owner is engaging, interactive and talkative with his customers. The Artwork on display is awesome. It is fascinating to watch the work put in. The store is very cool and seemed to have a lot of curious people in to check out the process. The prices aren't terrible, but this industry usually is pretty pricey. Would recommend going here to check it out.
