I was in the Amherst store the other day shopping for Christmas gifts for my nieces. The sales associate Heather was upbeat and bubbly she was very helpful. I bought a lot of great gift items so very happy. I know they will love it Thanks again!!

Most of the staff is really friendly (I did have one awkward encounter where a woman argued with me about the texture of my hair. It was weird.). They have a pretty good selection and most of the staff is knowledgeable about the products and can help you pick the right colors.
