Dan and Mitch were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They were the ONLY place I called that provided additional information to me, asked me what I was looking for etc instead of just answering one question then ending the call. They helped me select the perfect lift chair for my father and he loves it. They also recommended a pillow for my father to assist him in keeping his feet elevated. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations. After I made the purchase they told me if I needed anything else or had a question about the chair to call them and they'd help. They are truly beyond WONDERFUL!

We purchased a bathroom shower seat for our son. We had many other questions about other items we may need in the future. Daniel was not only helpful but put our minds at ease as to which item would suit our son the best. He also made us laugh at times which was something we hadn't done in awhile due to our son's situation. We will definitely return to TLC and recommend you to others in need.
