At this location, I give Taylor 5 stars! We appreciate the time Taylor takes the time to review our current plan and make sure it is the one that best meets our needs and concerns. He has assisted us with finding and purchasing our past few phones as well as time spent reviewing our plan. Thank you Taylor, too, for your patience with all our questions and making sure our data and all is transferred to our new phone up to and including we are comfortable we are set. Good guy to trust!! Taylor works very hard for our satisfaction!
I appreciated Adam and Taylor’s assistance and patience. Went to Verizon to purchase a new phone. Adan explained the questions I had and updated technology for me. A bonus when I was able to trade in my phone for a new one. Also told my son about the deal for his phone. Also Taylor was helpful in assisting my son purchasing a new phone and I even ended getting myself an Apple Watch. I couldn’t ask for better service from both gentleman setting up both my phone and watch
Taylor was personable and helpful. He led us to the products we needed and did not try to oversell us. We also had our three young children with us and he paid attention to them as well as making the purchases quick and easy so we could do what we needed and leave. It was a great experience and my husband and I both walked away talking about what a pleasant experience it was!
Just had an easy experience switching providers. The store was only allowing a few people in at a time to allow for social distancing. When it was my turn to enter the store, I noticed how everything was so clean. I was able to seamlessly transfer my service, upgrade to a new phone, and walk out the door in a timely manner. Elyssa took great care of me! Highly recommend!
I stopped in last Friday and Brandon was the person to immediately greet me and ask what I needed! My phone speaker stopped working and about 1 minute after I explained my issue, Brandon had my account pulled up and options ready to share with me. Not only was he efficient, he was kind and knowledgeable. I chose to go with the iPhone 11 and he had to prepare the phone by doing an update, this took some time but I didn’t mind waiting as Brandon utilized the time by finding the trade-in value of my old phone. He saved me $101 dollars which was greatly appreciated. He also showed me the phone cases and put on a screen protector for me! Additionally, I left knowing exactly what to expect on my phone bill and the monthly payments to follow after update fee. Brandon also followed up with me today which I appreciated as well! Give this guy 5 stars and a raise! ud83dude03
