Always a casual atmosphere. Decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The dining seats and decor is a little dated and some needed repair. But it is the consistent decor with other red lobsters I have dined at. The spacing due to Covid was sufficient. The wait was a little long, but it was a Saturday evening.

It is all you can eat shrimp as their Monday daily special... who doesn't love all you can eat shrimp?nnI personally am not a huge fan of red lobster but if you say all you can eat shrimp i'm in. This building is a tad run down but who cares it is all you can eat shrimp night. The Cesar salad was good. The cheddar bay biscuits were awesome - nice and hot - but I came for the shrimp. We had a great waiter who took care of us we'll. The shrimp choices were shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, or skewed shrimp. I strongly recommend the scampi which was delicious. The skewed was really good. The fried was breaded and fried which is like everyone's fried shrimp but still good. The coconut shrimp was not that good maybe because the sauce was not that plentiful or something. I did fill my shrimp craving. It is worth a trip for the shrimp but I am not a fan of the rest of their menu.

Did takeout tonight and it was the worse I have ever gotten from red lobster for how much it is I would expect for a bit better quality. My fiance ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo with extra Cajun and there was no cajun when we got it, I got the crab legs never again half of my order was still cold could tell they didn't spend much time cooking it. The marinara for the mozzarella stinks I am pretty sure was cocktail sauce. The only reason I give it a 2 star and not a 1 is because the biscuits they gave were really good but that was the only good part about the meal. I have gone to Red Lobster for many years but after the years of the food quality going down and the prices increasing I most likely will not be going back to red lobster ever again. Edit - On my original review I gave this place a 2 star red lobster did reach out to me but I am sad to say that after having this meal from my original post me and my fiance got sick from the food so because of that I need to lower it to a one star not the Valentines day we had hoped for.

Every time I visit this location the food is always perfect! And the customer service is amazing! I only have one complaint, my key lime pie was HORRIBLE!! It tastes like freezer burn or it was just bad! I had to through it out and I plan on calling to the restaurant to let them know. Overall it was a great experience, minus the key lime pie!
