I wanted steak on Friday and Rodizio Grill wasn't answering their phones and we couldn't think of a place that sounded good to me but my bf Kyle mentioned Applebee's and I forgot that I have been wanting to go there and they had steak. Well let me tell you David the cook made me one of the best steaks I have ever had and he did it twice. I literally had this dish twice which never happens. I went to heaven twice! Our waitress Trisha was so awesome and she was on point about her service. I gave both of them a good tip because of how impressed I was! Seriously Applebee's way to go! Poor quality control. Ordered a wrap. When they brought it to the car, the wrap was completely torn, which essentially has made this a salad--which isn't what I wanted. I'm trying to imagine the laziness involved when the chef made it and didn't care that it wasn't right, then whoever bagged it up didn't care either. The container had a clear lid and was noticeable to anyone. The manager did offer a free entree to make it right, but I declined because I won't be back. There are way too many options in Polaris to deal with laziness. On top of that, after I ordered our family meal I was informed that they had run out of something. Highly doubt they all of the sudden ran out of something--appears that the staff taking orders was not properly informed so they could tell customers this up front.

The food was pretty good here but the main reason why I would come back here is for the waiter that we had. I don't remember his name but this guy was great! Very attentive was joking with us every now and then and he suggested some really good drinks.

Really good experience in all ways except price. Good options... Even some relatively healthy ones... And some gluten free. Service was great. Just a bit pricey for what it is.
