Was a nice course. Par three course was fun but would be more fun if there was built in tee's. I had to snap my tee's in half to be able to use them in the turf. The turf greens can be very fast and roll down hill so you have to hit the ball very soft. The two holes that had the newer turf was much nicer to play on.

Another weekend. More disappointment. We being homeowners of Little Bear pay HOA fees that include the use of the clubhouse/grill/cafe/patio/lounge/workout room. I had hoped we’d be getting notice of access to these amenities soon. The governor has lessened up on the curfew by an hour as promised because CoVid numbers decreased. You could have stayed open during the restrictions. You’re business hours never exceeded 10pm. You didn’t lose business. You saw an opportunity to close up shop and get a government bailout. Did you shutdown your other business? Buckeye HVAC? Being a local fat cat taking advantage of our small family neighborhood is the last thing we needed. I’ve heard our community was a wedding gift to his daughter aka Varuka Salt. I guess that’s who’s running things. I hope to meet her soon. I'll come out the next time I hear the ice-cream truck I’m sure she’ll be in line for a bombpop.

0ne of the weirdest courses I have ever been too. Nice grounds...... but also have astro turf putting greens and tee boxes

The greens don't hold and are next to impossible to putt since they're basically indoor/outdoor carpet on concrete. The tee boxes are the same. We tee off from the grass around the tee and go from there. Great concept, poor execution.

Terrible and will never play again. The last hole is amazing and the course layout is actually really nice for a par 3 course but both of these positives are outweighed by everything else that is wrong with the course. For starters the course was in terrible shape. It smelled like raw sewage, found two dead rotting geese, none of the grass was mowed, and i have no idea what is going on with the hole numbers. I have never been to a course where you play all the even holes first then the odds. That being said whats even worse is the fact that the tee boxes and greens are turf. There is no point in even hitting a tee shot on to the green because it just bounces back up in the air and rolls off the greens. I had several shots land within 5 feet of the hole only to watch them bounce 4 feet in the air and then roll like they were on concrete. And if that wasn't bad enough the turf is in terrible shape. There is grass growing through the turf everywhere and the spots for the different hole locations are giant mounds that look like ant hills on the greens. Putting here is worse than playing putt putt. All that being said, this course would be an amazing par 3 course if they got rid of the turf and somewhat manicured the course. I would pay double what they charge and would play it often if they did. I live in the neighborhood connected to the course and never plan to play there again!!
