Customer service is great here. If they don’t have exactly what you are looking for, staff will say so. They let you try different products to find a good substitute; but never make you feel bad if item isn’t a good fit. Great deals on coils. Additionally, the staff is super knowledgeable on the other products they sell, and will take the time to explain.nI always feel like I’m the only customer in the shop, even when it’s busy. How many places can you say that about these days?!
I used to avoid this place because of the terrible customer service i experienced about a year or so ago. Now that is a different story. The staff is very nice and helpful! AJ helped me out a bunch and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend!!n-ken
If you were looking for overpriced and out of date ejuice this is your place. It’s amazing how you can buy a bottle of juice for full price that has been expired for three years. Never would I ever go to this place again and have told everyone I know about the horrible experience I’ve had here.So if you’re looking to get ripped off this is your place!
Went once today for the first time; no plans to return. Amazing service and the staff put together a box of a few for more other than the fact that the box they sold me was missing the pieces.nnNo issue I can still use.nnNext time I’ll just go to a more established retailer.
Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful. Abe is a very hard worker and much appreciated! Prices are ok but they have rewards and Bogo deals that help save .
