Ice cream is my favorite dessert. Mitchell's is my favorite local place to indulge in said favorite. Staff is always so friendly. I like their covid friendly options and appreciate their fast curbside service. My kids enjoy the miniature train above the inside tables and the extra nearby fun at this location (castle park, the library, and large lawn area complete with Christmas lights around the holidays).
This location is very accessible with clear and flat sidewalks, large entrances, and open walk ways. There is plenty of seating with low set tables both inside and outside of the shop. The countertop is also set at a low level for customers to look at the ice cream tubs and for easy payment. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a delicious and accessible treat!
The residents and staff at Vitalia Strongsville LOVE Mitchell's ice cream!!! So many flavors to choose from and their pieces in the ice cream (like cookie dough) are generously sized. We bought a few different quarts for staff earlier this week and they flocked to come get some once they heard it was from Mitchell's. It's the perfect treat for weather that's getting warmer. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of my favorite Mitchell’s locations in Northeast Ohio - by far the friendliest staff, the cleanest store, and it’s been a place where I’ve enjoyed good ice cream with great company on numerous occasions.
Staff was rather rude! Also there is no sign as to the possible allergens in there ice cream peanuts being number 1 in almost every flavor ud83dude33 1st and last time I ll go there !!
