I can't say enough about the great customer service we received from the Pomeroy House last night. We had reservations to have dinner in one of the bubbles and we arrived at 6:00 which we thought was our reservation time, but our reservations were actually for 5:00. There was another party scheduled for the bubble at 7:00 and the dining room inside was totally full. Instead of turning us away, the manager made an exception for us. He let us have drinks and appetizers in the bubble and then arranged for us to have dinner inside in the VIP room. We had a wonderful time, and the food and service were wonderful as always. Thank you to the manager for being so gracious and turning a disaster into a memorable evening.
Beautiful house that was part of the underground railroad. The pub was awesome. Very good service. The patio is gorgeous. The portions are huge so being your appetite or take the leftovers home. The patio is beautiful.
Steak was the best I ever had and the service was fantastic!
Canceled our reservation and then made us wait an hour. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My favorite restaurant for many years. Particularly the Pub downstairs. Love the atmosphere. Servers are so considerate, never rush you. Food is so good.
