We drove from Mentor twice because the customer service experience was so much better than any experience we had ever had at the Mentor store in years. I wish I would have caught her name but she helped both me and my boyfriend on 2 separate days and made the process of exchanging our phones effortless. We will continue to come to this location for any future needs.

The man helping me to activate my new phone was very nice, but I purchased an Otterbox Symmetry case, but it’s too tight on my iPhone 12 Pro. He didn’t give me a receipt and told me that my local store would be able to pull up the transaction if I had any problems. Well I went to my local store in Erie, PA, and they weren’t able to track the transaction and wasn’t able to exchange it. So I had to purchase a different case, so now I’m out $55 dollars for a case I won’t ever use. I haven’t been able to get ahold of customer service either. I’m hoping management will see this and please be able to help!

No help at all. Rude rep. Telling you that he is not going to help with anything. You do it by yourself!!! Yet the rep over the phone said if you need help you ask for help at the store!! But not in that store!!!

Was sold 3 phones, 2 with ported numbers they did incorrectly, so they never functioned properly. The 3rd phone was never activated but they still charged me 3 activation fees, but never activated anything. Customer service was horrible. Brooke threatened to kick me out of the store, when I was explaining the situation to the rep. Never once raised my voice. I can appreciate her defending her employee, but a bit premature.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but for the sake of trying to improve customer service I felt the need to share. I walked into this store to purchase a new phone. It was raining that day so I quickly walked in not noticing a sign saying to wait outside. I was treated pretty rudely just for not waiting outside.
