BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE BUSINESS SENDS OUT USED AND FLOOR MODELS WITHOUT ADVISING THE CUSTOMER. I received a floor model when I purchased over the phone, which I did not agree to. I had to basically beg them to return the item since I did not agree to this condition. They charged me a fee to return the item, which I feel was ridiculous since the condition of the item was never relayed to me. They charged me a $300 fee. Speaking with the manage, was a waste of time, as he is completely rude, never returned my calls and wouldn't listen when I finally got a hold of him, He kept cutting me off. BUYER BEWARE OF THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SENDING! COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH THE BBB.
