I called to schedule an appointment. A lady answered the phone. She didn’t even greet me and stated that I called the right place. A simple “hello” was giving as if I called a cellphone. When I stated that I wanted to schedule an appointment and I had purchased a Groupon. She proceeded to huff and puff and get an attitude with me. She stated that she was not accepting the vouchers any more and that I needed to contact Groupon and get my money back. Very unprofessional. If she would have apologized for the inconvenience she still may have had a new client. But I would never give business to anyone that was that rude on the phone.
Don’t support this business!! Take your money elsewhere!
