Corey is an excellent sales and customer service manager for Verizon. He was professional, thoughtful and very thorough. I had a new I-phone that Apple refused to assist in activating, and I took it to Verizon for help. Corey was so prompt, courteous and knowledgeable that I returned the original phone to the Apple store and purchased the same phone from Verizon. Thanks Corey!
Brandon was very helpful helping me choose my new iPhone 12. He was patient with me and made sure my data transfer was complete. He has a great attitude and was able to multitask to keep customers making progress. He was knowledgeable about the products and is a people person!
