I stopped in to the Bucyrus Cricket store to upgrade my phone I had a pretty good idea what I wanted in a phone and kasie helped explain about the differences in the phones that I had she was very knowledgeable about the phones she helped me decide which one I wanted and she also switched over all my contacts photos music everything so my new phone was identical to my old phone couldn't have asked for any better service Kacie was very well mannered very knowledgeable I'm very professional so thank you kasie I would highly recommend paying kasie visit if you are interested in a Cricket Wireless services
