DO NOT WORK HERE!! The turnover rate is completely insane here and the manager doesn’t seem to care, at this point she literally hires whoever shows up to their interview and then questions why they stop showing up after two shifts. No respect for their employees at all whatsoever, just a bad environment all around. If you want to keep your sanity then stay away from here because it is mentally exhausting..
Food very good, staff was excellent. Prices a bit high.
We had a miserable experience on 4/9/2021. Our waitress, one of three for the night was overly busy, and not prepared to take care of the work that was presented for her. I spoke with the manager, and all I heard were excuses for why her employee could not take care of her job. I gave specific examples and heard nothing but reasons as to why she couldn’t take care. I offered the option of hiring additional servers, which was met with additional excuses. Very unhappy with the service provided and thoroughly hope that changes are made in scheduling/employees to provide their customers a better overall experience.
I really like their honey barbecue wings and their fries are good too. That's all I've had there. But whenever we're in the area, we always stop there
BW3's is so overpriced for what you get. It also takes a long time to get your order which makes no sense because everything is fried. The boneless wings are over breaded and you do not get very many pieces. They NEVER give us plates or utensils, we have to ask every.single.time. The food and prices are way better at Wings and Rings! I don't know that we'll ever go back to B dubs on our own accord.
