If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We took our deer there back in November instead of our normal place. After about 4 weeks of not hearing from them, we called for a status. They said they were really behind. No worries, I understand. Gave it another month, nothing. Kept giving us the run around. Fast forward to March, we still don’t have it and when we called, he said we can get it but now wants to charge us FULL PRICE for HALF the meat—5 months later. No thanks. Lost our business forever. Do not recommend.
Took a deer I harvested there on Nov 13, 2020.... called 3 months later and they said they were backed up and would call when it was done. Called back again 5 months later and they knew nothing. All of a sudden my deer was done the next day.... had a guy I know drop a deer off 5 mins before mine and he got his back around the 3 month mark.. that right there tells me they totally forgot about my deer or used mine to make up for lost meat. Then tried to make me pay full price for a 5 month wait and someone else’s deer meat... BBB can’t do anything because they won’t respond to them either.

I took a deer to them for processing. They told me it would take about two weeks for them to do. I called them in two weeks they told me it would be another week. So I waited a week and called again. She told me that they lost power for two days and that everyone else had no problem with that. Then she said it would be another week. I told her that was unacceptable. So I waited another week. This is now four weeks since I took the deer to them. Called again asked how long it takes for them to process a deer. He said four weeks or so. Then he said “ who the hell knows”. I’m done with this place. Come Monday 12/14/2020 I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
Dropped my deer off December 4th they told me it would be a month to be done it's now been over 2 months no call backs no details on the deer and they dont answer the phones not taking my deer there again
