What a great experience. It has been a while since I have had such great customer service they make you feel like family. They were fast and very friendly. Guaranteed one of the best IT Soultions in the city! Not just simple break/fix things like its competitors are only capable of but full support on anything from Enterprise Networking to troubleshooting CCTV connectivity issues to even magic shows if you have children. Very knowledgeable staff and the owner alone possesses more knowledge and sense than all of his competitors combined. Very pleased with the services and array of knowledge available from the moment walking in the door.

Hey folks. These people are the real deal. For the home based user, they have provided excellent soup to nuts support for all of my digital needs. Plus, they can work out software problems remotely right in front of your eyes on the screen. I have rarely worked with any company with such pleasant and supportive people. Working around computers makes me antsy. These people are the cure for that condition. Call 'em. You won't regret it.

Fantastic service. Had corrupt files which caused the computer to shut down. Mike responded within minutes and Brandon (technician) was at our home within hours. They fixed the computer and delivered the repaired computer the next day on a Sunday! I am very pleased with the service and will call them for any future computer needs.Very reasonable.
