The staff here have always been very helpful, friendly and professional. This particular branch is my first choice whenever I need to go to the bank. And there’s usually very little wait time in my experience, in and out in 10 minutes.

Chase's software is the most unfriendly I've ever used. I spend at least an hour every time i use it. When transferring money or paying bills the screen goes white and i have to return to the home page and try several times until it finally goes through. If the card is denied good luck trying to get it turned on again. The website won't recognize the card number, the credit card company is a separate entity than the bank. The credit card company can't access your accounts, another half hour for them to contact the bank. Sometimes i feel like i am working for Chase. Good luck I'm considering changing banks i go to Chase because they are five minutes from my house that is the only thing good i can say about them. I gave them one star because they don't offer negative ratings. I was told you need the mobile app on your phone, well it doesn't work. My tablet isn't much better and my computer works about the same. I suggest the software people try using the software they write on their own devices and maybe they can understand how horrible it is.

The Staff we're pretty stale. The interaction I experienced one on one with their Staff proved to be a total disappointment. I must say I was surprised after I visited the original branch that opened my account, their Staff is awesome. I had what I had been told double checked; They had totally blew me. Not cool. Do yourself a favor and drive on by.

In store is fine clean nice people never had a problem there , now ATM will that is another thing 95% of the time doesn't work and the next closest one is in Kettering 5 miles from where I live , they closed the one on woodman down and I never had a problem from that ATM
