Horrible Experience. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Especially Bailey and Paul in the Sales Department. Was given a quote for a zero-turn on a mower on hold, but I was told if I picked up that day and paid in cash I could purchase. However, when Bailey found out the quote I was given by Paul magically the equipment was sold at 2PM when I was supposed to be called at 9AM. I made an hour trip, and many phone calls later.....What a group AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Horrible. Stopped to look at Mower. I was told they would get someone for me in Sales. Waited 20 minutes outside and no one ever came. Just got in car and left. Terrible way to treat people. Won't be back.
Service department seems great, parts department very nice. Sales department is just horrid. Really is it that hard to return a customer’s call? Looks like it’s Wilmington from now on.nnUpdate: I spoke with the General Manger and he apologized for the poor communication from the sales department. He is personally taking care of the issue. I have revised my rating to reflect his professionalism and customer care. Thank you for working to fix the issue.

Not too worried about customer service at this John Deere Hillsboro location. Gave me the wrong part twice, and basically told me I couldn't read a caliper. Called the Wilmington location and they are going to make it right. I will not go to Hillsboro again.
