Riot Ink - Custom Tattoos

Bought my partner a tattoo for his birthday here and they were wonderful. Chy was his artist. Give them your money.

An amazing shop filled with phenomenal artists.nThey are truly the best in the Columbus Ohio area. Austin did a phenomenal job on my tattoo, was easy to communicate with and made me feel super comfortable during the appointment. I highly recommend this shop they are professional, clean, and talented. If in the market for a tattoo this is the place to go!

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The artists are great. Chy put a beautiful octopus on my wrist.

My sister and I had came from Marion for my sister to get tattooed. (It’s a pretty large tattoo as well) When we walked in the shop a girl with purple hair, sweet as can be, was explaining to us that I cannot stay in the building since I am not getting a tattoo and Nate jumped in very rudely interrupted her and said the same thing that the girl was telling us and said we had to go outside to talk about it so they can get other customers in. While we were talking the purple haired girl came outside and was talking to us and I explained to her that we are from Marion and that I didn’t want to make the drive once again. She was saying how she understood and she was giving me ideas on what to to in Columbus. Well Nate came out and said “just come on” with a waving motion like her talking to us was a bother or something. Well we were sitting in our car talking about what I was going to do for 4-5 hours in Columbus while she was getting tattooed. Chy (the girl who was going to do our tattoo) came out with a tattoo draw up that was nothing like the picture I sent her over email. My sister and I were pointing out what we did and didn’t like about it and she crumbled the piece of paper up standing right in front of us and said “I guess I’ll draw up a new one.” This is three things that made me and my sister upset I was ready to leave when she crumbled the paper up and said she GUESSES that she will draw another one. I was sitting in the car as my sister proceeded to go in the shop she said that Chy set the paper work in front of her and told her to fill it out and then just disappeared and did not tell her where she was going. She assumed that she was going to draw out another tattoo. So I’m in my car calling and texting my sister and telling her to just leave because at this point I was irritated about the whole experience. They were going to be doing my first tattoo I should have felt excited about it and not so mad that I didn’t want to be there anymore. They were rude and unprofessional. The ONLY reason why I gave it 2 stars was because the sweet lady with the purple hair.

This shop is great! I walked in randomly one day because I had not been getting any responses from another shop. Quil hopped right up to help me when I walked in and I'm so stoked with how talented he is! Glad he was so willing to finish a sleeve someone else had started and even remarkably matched the unique style. The shop is run super well, and I will definitely be returning!
