Been with FIB since 2008 and only within the last couple years has the customer service gone to hell. When calling in we have tried talking to other people but the 2 specific employees that must be 'answer phone people' have been difficult to talk to.nnOther issues have started to come up only in the last year that my wife and I never had before, not much has changed at our end but FIB new policies and guidelines have been not easy to work with for our personal banking needs.nnSorry to say that not one single higher up representative of this bank has been able to address any of our questions or concerns in a reasonable or satisfying way. The only thing we could do was close accounts and leave.
Great people! Really good bank for Small business, the way banking should be!
