Signed up for a weight loss contest with the owner on behalf of this so called “club”. Mark the owner was extremely unprofessional. He holds monthly challenges where you pay money and weigh in. I fell for this deceitful challenge and hope that others will use better judgment. Also, for people that commented below asking why they ask for your email and phone number- it’s because they are involved with Herbalife and want to sell additional services- think pyramid scheme.Lesson learned...awful business practices. Owner was condescending and down right rude and that’s being very nice.
This place is TERRIBLE! I walked in there not knowing how it works and they acted like they expected me too. Then they rudely asked if I had my order done even though I was clearly still looking. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The shakes were alright but they are not worth it the service is terrible. On top of that, they had me put in my email, fill out out a card, and put in my phone number?? And all’s I wanted was just a shake. Their system is too complicated and their service is terrible. I do not recommend coming here. Very unwelcoming environment compared to all other places I’ve been too, this has been this worst.
I had an issue with my tea. It was watery. Not a big deal. Didnt want a refund. Didn't want a replacement (it was a few days later) just mentioned it to Ashley an employee. She decided to tell them I think they skimp products. Within 5 minutes I have the owner messaging me. Telling me they never forget product since the day they opened and I need to tell them my drinks wrong day one not 3 or 4 days later. I was shocked. She handled this so wrong. Then I had the employee Ashley proceed to fat shame me on facebook messenger, she is supposedly a health coach trying to help people. I let mark know this is the image they are portraying. They did nothing about it. Didn't even apologize for her acting that way. Honestly the most unprofessional business I've been to. It's sad because I love herbalife products. Save yourself the trouble and drama and find another shop!
This place is a Five star shake shop! They have good shakes and the owners are really nice! Like really nice it is worth the price! So good.nnFive Star Quality Quality
It was such a process trying to order. All I wanted was a shake. I had to fill out two papers, give my name, email, phone number, how I was referred. Want my social too?
