Super friendly and helpful workers. They're very professional, nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't stress enough how HELPFUL they are. I will definitely make the drive just to shop from this particular location.
They have great employees who are always willing to help out and answer any questions from management all the way down. The store always looks great and spotless, all of the pets look healthy and happy and can’t wait to find their forever homes.
I’ve heard this place hasn’t been the best in the recent years. I came in the other day and noticed there were way too many animals in the same cages and the areas to play with puppies in had dried up pee on the floor and weren’t clean whatsoever. Not to mention that a lot of the puppies seemed ill, had snot running down their faces, and looked like they needed baths. Please consider making sure your employees care about the safety and health of the animals.
Never have anything to feed your pet if its not eating kibble in stock you have to guess when the next time you will be able to feed your reptile spider or other non kibble eating animal fooling around with this place ...... But the staff is cool and helpful
I would never suggest this pet store to anyone! We got our puppy in late February, was not told that he had giardia and had been treated for it 4 times in the store. Still has the parasite and because we were not made aware our other dog has contracted the parasite as well not to mention our puppy is now severely under weight due to having this parasite for so long. This is our 3rd dog we have brought home as a puppy and have never had an experience this horrible!
