My 71 year old mother's window shattered in her car. She got online two nights ago and got a quote from a company in Columbus. I called First Choice Glass yesterday morning and left a message. I received a phone call back within 3 hours. Micah (I apologize if not spelled correctly) already had the information pulled up on my mother's car from the info I left on the message. She gave me quote and said she would run out to where my mother works and double check to make sure the window she had chosen was correct after we got off the phone. She said the window would be in and would be installed today while my mother was at work today. The window was installed today and her car is back in working order! The company from Columbus said it would be late next week before they could get to her. We are thrilled with the promptness and work First Choice Glass completed! We will continue to use them for any of our window needs. Plus they are local!!!! Thank you for taking care of her vehicle so quickly!

This place did me right! Hit a deer and my windshield took the hit. They replaced it for me for less than any other windshield repair shop I called. They did a professional job and fixed my hood latch so my hood wouldn't fly up! They went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend for any of your auto glass repair. Only wish I could give more than five stars. Keep up the great work!

If... I was able to give a no star rating that’s what it would be.nHad an appointment set up. The woman answering phones was to relay the message to the men working what needed done specifically.nShe failed to do this.nCausing the men to show to job site with no tools. Which could of been easily taken care of by buying a tool at local hardware store.nNo professionalism from the men. Both men had no clue what they were doing and took off without saying how they were going to get the job done .nNot one word from either man to say we apologize we can make this right or we can come back.nInstead the owner (boss) sends themnTo another job instead of taking care of the job already assigned.nAwful customer service. Awful professionalism from the boss.

Called on Wednesday. Said they would call me on Thursday to set up a time to repair glass on my home. Never received a call back.

Absolutely amazing. Needed Emergency service on a Sunday due to a break in. I thought they would board it up until the next business day. NO. They fixed it right away. Had the glass in stock and had it fixed in an hour or so! Thank you guys so much!!
