Avoid this company completely. They are crooks. They don't even rate a single star. Ordered a 2020 ZTrak and they tried to refurbish a 2017 tractor and sell it to me as a new 2020 tractor. Tractor was manufactured on 1-12-2017. They went as far as covering the production date under the seat and removing the serial number off of the motor. Dried grass clippings in the battery compartment, rusted and dull blades and rusted exhaust system, sun bleached seat and PTO knob. Complaint filed with the Ohio Attorney General's office.
