One of the workers backed up and hit our truck. We have had conversations with the owner and an estimate and picture were e mailed to him. I was told that it would be taken care of back on 12.3.2020. We can't get a call back. My husband spoke with the Ohio Mulch attorney and have gotten no response.. Too bad that this company doesn't want to take care of this without our taking legal action.
Just stopped to get bags of mulch and young man was on his phone In the office . Stood there a few and then ask can I get some mulch. He replied The manager is out back I guess I could call him. Needless to say we walked away. I guess they didn’t want to fill our truck with bags of mulch

I made my first order a few weeks ago.. there was a shortage of gravel..so with a smile on his face the delivery guy brought my gravel today.. thank you so much for bringing my materials and working with me to get it out here.. this company is better than five ud83cudf1f's!!!!
