Our dogs are boarded and groomed several times. Our smaller dog has never enjoyed getting groomed until coming here. He literally runs into the office because he is so thrilled to see the staff. They are understanding of the individual needs of each of our dogs and are very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Not at all pleased with this place. Every single thing costs extra. You want us to pet your dog? That’ll be $8, take it for a walk? $8. Basically everything is extra. Then when we called in to check on him they lied to us about how he was doing. Look, I know my dog, when you tell me he’s eating well and just happy and doing great, I don’t believe you. My dog doesn’t eat while we are gone, I know that, he sits around depressed for at least a day. It doesn’t make feel better, just angers me. Then we lost our debit card and called to see if we could just pick him up today and pay on Monday. Nope, they hold your dog hostage until you pay and keep charging you. Would NOT recommend this place. They weren’t even nice when they told us we couldn’t pick up our dog. We did find a way to pay today. Don’t recommend at all. ud83dude21
My wife and I board are dogs here when we go on vacation. my wife calls everyday at least once to check on them and if we ever do have an issue they are more than happy to take care of it at to ensure that the dogs are happy and well taken care of.
I've had best place for my dog. A wonderful place for grooming my dog is handled very gently.
I love taking my 8 year old Rottweiler to the gals at the Rapid City location! I worry because I know that my dog as some separation anxiety and want to make sure she is well taken care of when I need to board her. The girls always do such an amazing job with my dog, they send me pictures and updates on how she is doing, make sure she eats her food and take her medications, they even have beds that help keep her relaxed during her stay. I can even buy high quality dog food while I pick her up or when she gets a spa day. I have always encouraged small businesses and would encourage everyone to take advantage of such kind hearted owners that are at All Seasons Pet Care.
