Clam Bar At Napeague

Cute little spot on the main road. Good stop for sea food and good atmosphere. Great place for large groups outside

Fried food was pretty good, service was very nice. Everything was over priced compared to some of the competitors. 2 lobster rolls, an order of steamers, an order of calamari, and 6 clams in the half shell. Plus 5 beers... I dunno, that doesn't seem like a 200 lunch to me. Still, I knew the prices going in, but for that kind of coin, the food needs to be better than it is.

Tuna bites were the best. The service is also very fast and courteous. Will return again and again.

Stopped really quick as I noticed that outdoor seating was quite full. I ordered the New England Clam Chowder and Hot Lobster Roll and both were delicious.

Originally was going to stop at the Lobster Roll down the highway but the wait was over an hour. I 'm glad I noticed this place because the food was extremely tasty and they had outdoor seating with umbrellas. We all tried the lobster roll with bacon and fries. Compared to most places around NYC, the lobster portion was huge! Would definitely stop there again!!
