Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server was wonderful! The issue we had was my husbands ribs were ice cold when they came to the table. He was given his side to eat while we waited for the ribs. When they came back they were obviously microwaved. I've worked in the industry for 30 years. A fresh side would have helped the experience so much. Instead he got a reheated entree on a hot plate.

Our family has eaten at the Applebee's in Hornell, NY several times. We are never disappointed with their steaks but unfortunately our recent visit the cook on our steaks was way off. I tend not to send steak back in the fear that it is going to come back worse so I ate my steaks a little on the rare side. I tried their fiesta lime chicken which was delicious but it has too much of our sour taste for my liking. We've had the ribs twice now and we enjoyed it each time. We always order it.

I had the bourbon street steak with mashed potatoes, it was honestly exquisite. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although it could have been larger for the price of $16.99. the potatoes were creamy and delicious. The service was as expected with covid.

It was really busy, but the waitress we got was terrific. She went out of her way to give my granddaughter feel special and kept everyone's drinks filled without having to be asked

Decent food. Great service. Very clean. A bit pricey but it's the range I expected.
