Nostalgia Ale House & Wine Bar

We ended up there on Easter Sunday...(and we were the only ones there). because we were busy cleaning and painting all day. The ribs I had were excellent, and melted in your mouth tender. The fried fisherman's plate was plentiful and the coconut shrimp delish. The waitress/bartender was bubbly and attentive. We will be back!

One of the best food I've had! Their appetizers are to die for!!!!!! And so are their cocktails. You get a beautiful view of the lake. The interior is also pretty cool with old tv and handset telephones. The waitress Joy was also really nice and made sure we were enjoying the food. AND THEIR PORTIONS ARE HUGE. Worth every penny

The $16.00 prime rib sandwich was ordered by 3 people in our group and all came as just a slab of prime rib ( tough and 30 percent inedible fat.). I understand deviating from the menu a bit, but it says thinly sliced on the menu and it was just like someone had cut a large chunk off and tossed it on a loaf of bread. The menu also said comes with a side of onion pedals. The plate came out with onion rings and I asked the waitress and she just said must have ran out and walked away. We politely told them about how most of us couldn’t eat much of the sandwich and there was no response from waitress. We were also charged $0.50 for each blue cheese and $7.50 per draft beer no matter what it was. Service was awful, food was terrible(wings were decent), and I can’t understand why this place is getting such high reviews. 0/10 would not recommend.

First time customer!! Ordered potato skins, philly burger and a Reuben both entrees had the onion petals. The portions are awesome! The burger was cooked perfectly and was absolutely massive! The onion petals are god like. My significant other loved her Reuben and said she wishes we have ordered food from here sooner. The potato skins are actually house made! They will definitely be tomorrow’s lunch! Will absolutely go back, next time with friends!!!

I love the place the people is Amazing I moved from Puerto Rico and I've been In USA for a 8 yrs and I finally could say that I found the perfect place to have couple drinks listening to the great talent of some folks who like to try their skills singing karaoke, which I think is amazing. Food is extraordinary I haven had not one bad experience with this place and Ive been going there for a year now!!! five stars all day long...
