My bike broke down at this year's rally. Had it towed in and Chris (mechanic) looked it over. He diagnosed the problem and told me the parts I would need to purchase from harley. He told me it would be around a 3 hour repair but there were several bike ahead of me. I got the parts he needed and setup a rental for the next day. The following day I received a call from Chris and he found several additional issues that needed to be addressed and the bike would not be completed until the next day. I was bummed but still had a rental for the next day. Chris called me at about 11 the next morning and said the bike was completed. To my surprise, when I stopped back into the drop off the rental and pick up me bike, they were doing a full detail on my bike. I was also refunded the rental for the 2nd day since I only had a few hours. I even got a text a few hours later from Chris making sure everything was running correctly. It sucked being broke down during the rally and as much as I wanted the mechanic to drop everything and fix my bike, I understood I couldn't jump the line.

I would give them less than 1 star if possible! Very unorganized and very unprofessional. They have 1 mechanic who does not manage time well! We were told it would be a 3 hour job at 9 am and we waited until nearly 5 pm with the bike still in line to be looked at. When we went to check on the progress, one of the employees told us to take our f ing bike and get it out of their shop! After the fact, we found out that this happens quite often. Avoid this place if you can!

Went with a problem I had with my Harley over the rally and the service technician helped me figured out the solution in the most honest and professional way. Didn't even charged me for the help since I didn't leave the bike there ( I couldn't get the needed part in any of the local HD dealers). Real and honest mechanic like nowhere else!

This is where Sturgis rally started.They will rent you a bike sell you a bike or fix or service your bike.Alot of history here you must see.

My friends bike broke the throttle cable our first day at the rally and these guys fixed us right up and got us back on the road.
