Hi I'm John, I spent a week at Sturgis hospital with a very infected left leg from the moment I got there there was a nurse waiting for me outside to get me into the facility from there on out the service was absolutely outstanding all of the nurses and doctors plus PT were absolutely brilliant! The the nurses were beautiful and so sweet to some part led to almost all if not of my recovery while I was there. Your male nurse Timothy was very good and very professional at all times I had some good laughs with him. Special thanks go out to Josie, Holly and Stephanie. I love you three ladies to death Josie you are like my soulmate from Sturgis we talked and laughed a lot and if I ever had to come back there I want you taking care of me. Holly you are a total knockout and I look forward to seeing you whenever you were there. Stephanie you and I talked a lot while I was there and I enjoyed getting to know you a little bit. I hope all works out for you because you certainly deserve it. I wish I could go on and on but I think I got the gist of my message out. Thank you all again for the wonderful caring and concern and if I have to ever refer anybody to a hospital in South Dakota it will certainly be Sturgis!!

Brace yourselves guys, it’s about to get real.nnDang 11, what departments? Use the “Duckbill N95” You can do 12 hours plus and they’re real comfortable. The nose wire is really sturdy. All staff-all masked, no exceptions. No visitation of Covid patients.nAll visitors masked- no exceptions.

Have always been treated quickly and with respect. While in the hospital the nurses were attentive and very pleasant.

All claims were submitted to insurance under wrong tax ID and denied for that reason. Insurance reps were unable to reach anybody from this location to resolve issues. I have to contact Sturgis Monument Health myself, staff there are snarky and rude, seems they don't care about the reputation of employer they are working for and represent.
