Lukewarm or cold sales staff; poor customer services. Sales staff insisted that we either leave our phone number or email address, or not be able to buy the shoes. This kind of attitude kills whatever left of physical store retail.

What can I say? The worst customer service from both the outlet store and at the corporate level. I went to the store and picked a pair of shoes. Since they didn't have my size so they said they would mail it to me. Without any notification of the tracking information, they mailed it via UPS and the package got lost. They said they had nothing to do with it. We contacted the Corporate customer service, and were told that that has nothing to do with them. Now I still don't have $300+ shoes and nobody wants to take responsibility for that. Well, bad luck for their business.
