BALENCIAGA

I drove about an hour to make it to the store and I arrived at 6:50pm, 10 mins before the store closed. The staff refused to let me in despite the fact that I was with my newborn daughter and I specific stated that I was going in there to buy something very specific for my husband not shop around and waste their time. I’m very disappointed because I was planning on spending my money at this store and they didn’t care despite the fact that the store doesn’t close until 7pm! Very disappointed in this store. I will not be coming back to this location as the staff was rude and gave me an attitude.

Very happy with my purchase from the Balenciaga Outlet! I had to wait about 15 min outside due to the limited capacity of 11 people including SA’s. All of the SA’s were busy so it took a few min until Jenna asked me if I needed anything. I noticed the bag I came in for that I saw a few months back wasn’t on the shelf. Therefore I showed her a picture of the bag, crossing my fingers that maybe just maybe they had the style in the back. It was my lucky day! Jenna brought out my bag, and gave me time to examine it in privacy. The security guard on my way out even mentioned how lucky I was that they had the bag in stock, it rarely happens when a client shows their SA what they want, and that they’ll have it. High score for me!

This has nothing to do with the brand however the store itself. Yesterday, I went and found the service to be accommodating. They didn’t go above they didn’t go below it was just a minimal. As someone who used to work retail many moons ago, if I didn’t check my itemThe sales person would’ve sold me some thing I did not request. The main thing is someone of color like myself I did not feel comfortable. Every move I made so did the sales person to scan the store so that I don’t shop lift.nWith the understanding that people in this time MIGHT shoplift, boost, whatever you wanna call it, I’m not the one. I’m a woman of age and for me to feel uncomfortable like that took me back to the early 90s. There was not only to security guards that look like former police officers. There was also the male sales person was trying to make a sale at the same time scan the room.I’m not sure if this is what the brand is looking for, young people to spend their money on a company who doesn’t trust them. I’m just one person. That’s my opinion I felt uncomfortable therefore you’ve lost me Balenciaga as a client. It’s just a drop in the bucket for the company to not have me as a customer. And it’s cool ....

I purchased one shoes there and requested shipping it to me. But I received a broken one. They promise gave me a solution but didn’t reply my emails. Very poor service, don’t go, don’t worth spending your money.

Jenn is so helpful and patient, the taxes I pay on items from the store should go directly to her. She’s a 7 star sales rep!
