Burberry Outlet

Where do I start... So as a surprise I was inquiring on purchasing a Burberry wallet for my husband as a gift. I had went up to who i assume was the sales associate that was at the front. He stated that they don’t sell men’s wallets and proceeded to walk me out the door and recommended a more “affordable” option at men’s coach or another location. I’ve come to find out after calling the store they in fact do sell men’s wallets. I was simply judged by the way I looked and it was extremely unprofessional. I ended up buying a Gucci wallet for him instead. Smh do better Burberry and train your staff because that’s a cross correction that needs to be done ASAP.

They do NOT accept RETURNS.nnSounds like a greedy brand when the product I bought was a gift. Unlike other better/more expensive designer brands they actually do returns so I don’t understand why this company or outlet doesn’t offer returns. Never buying from them again.
