Nike Factory Store - Woodbury

Selection was decent but unfortunately could not enjoy my shopping experience. Employees kept looking at my stroller like if I was stealing something.Even security proceeded to look.I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Paid for my items (really liked the items I had picked) and left as soon as I could. Never again will I step in there. You might want to retrain your employees on lost prevention and how to approach situations. First store I visited going into the outlet and my family and I had to deal with that mess. Glad I experience great welcoming customer service everyother store I stepped foot in.

Found great deals and stylish products. Will definitely go back. Only complaint is they didn't have any met cons, and it seems like that would be one of their staples.

Warren at check out was very patient and accommodating. Also want to acknowledge the cashier lead Nick was not great. And gave up on assisting us during our visit today. But Joe V. Did step in and rectified the issue. Thanks again..

I will not buy or support Nike. Shame on you.

Wonderful! The items are great, the store is huge & the customer service is good! I was searching to find a coupon to use toward the purchase and the female employee who was on her cell saw that I needed help. She directed me to my member pass on the Nike app and used 30% off. She told me I can use it everyday up until Black Friday. Thankful she was there to help.
