Cole Haan Outlet

After this experience and the way I was treated, I will NEVER go to this store or purchase Cole Han ever again. The store manager should be fired immediately. She was extremely rude and acted as if she was better than me. I originally went into this store to return a pair of boots and purchase 3-$5,000 worth of clothing etc... BY FAR the most unprofessional and one of the dispicable people I’ve ever met in my life!

The manager is the only reason for the 1-star; If you enjoy being treated with respect and feeling like you’re shopping at a store with even half decent customer service; I’d recommend shopping at an interstate rest stop before coming here!

Stay away because of the manager! Completely unprofessional and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good collection but very bad customer service. Staff was very rude, not allowing to check any item , not helping to find the item but insisting to keep the item back in place even if you are trying it. Worst experience.

Great deals was not overly crowded. I got a nice bag to travel with
