Overall great stuff! Always go out with bags, love their shoes!! ( just there's one salesgirl when she is there, i know not to walk in:( - i noticed her making fun of me with others and when they left she made fun of them with the next group of people that she served.

I love going into this store. It is always clean and orderly. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Ellen helped me today. She was so friendly and helpful that I found myself wondering if we knew each other Lol. I was thinking ... well she obviously recognizes me from somewhere. And I heard her treat every person who walked in that same way. I left with a gorgeous pair of boots for my 15 year old and they were 70% off!!!

Excellent staff.. So friendly.. Discounts are great and real.. Sure I'll visit again.

Great shoes and nice designs

There were staff available every corner and they asked if I needed help, i love their customer service. I bought a pair of high heels shoes and she recommended me to get them because it was the last one and it was the display pair. Even the display pair were fine and still looked nice so I got the shoes. The cashier, Michael, was so nice. He helped my friend's damaged shoes and got her a replacement to be shipped to her address. He was so patient and have her discount too for the pairs she bought. He also gave me a discount for my pair of shoes. I love their customer service.
