Kind of a townie bar, but good stuff. Not quite a hole in the wall, but almost. A good place.

Small, neighborhood pub where locals frequent. Decently-priced tap and bottle beer, wine, and cocktails. Play NY Lotto numbers and see your winners come up on a tv monitor. Cash-only, but convenient ATM on premises. Pool table, darts, sports TVs. No grill, just chips, but you can bring in your own carry-out to eat with your pints. Normally, plenty of free nearby street parking. Friday and Saturday evenings most crowded weekly. Charlie's annually sponsors golf and bowling tournaments to support local food bank.nn3-24-21 UPDATE - Charlie's re-opened about a month ago. Hours currently are 11a-10p, with mask required as you enter/sit or when you leave your drink to move about - so, you now can have an enjoyable break from the pandemic at Minoa's favorite pub.
