Elmwood Inn

These are unusual times that we are living through - but a way to find some comfort is to get that food item that makes us feel good. A little bit of normalcy!nThe wings and the fish fry were just as good as I remembered from days of eating IN the restaurant. Maybe even a little better, because I've missed them!nI truly hope that The Elmwood Inn will come out on the other side of the pandemic as that wonderful neighborhood restaurant that we know and love. Great local bar and dining! Ordered food to pick up. Bartender was very busy but still managed to attend to eveyones needs. She was warm, friendly, and very welcoming to all. Food was good too! Bonus!

Elmwood Inn is one of our favorite places to go for a casual and tasty dining experience. There's enough items on the menu that we enjoy that it is often that we have a hard time deciding, but usually mull over the decision while downing a Rohrbach's Scotch Ale. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are dependable, but the BLT, French dip, and chicken Frenchmen are all good.

We picked up two fish fries last night 1/29 and they were absolutely delicious! We think that they are the best in town. We always enjoy their food and are happy that dine-in is now available again. The staff is great and we are especially grateful that they are accepting expired coupons as a result of COVID. Thank you for all you do to make your customers happy! We will be back soon!

My wife and enjoyed a great lunch and excellent service. We said we'd each have a cup of New England Clam Chowder and then share a French Dip Roast Beef Sandwich. The soup was excellent, and then our waitress brought the sandwich and fries already divided in half and served on separate plates with individual cups of jus. The Elmwood never disappoints.
