The Idle Hour

The minimum on card purchases reminds me of native gas stations where you can't pump your own gas, but at least at the Idle you don't have to pour your own drink. Pretty strict when it comes to unders so you'll have to get a babysitter. Either way, cheap beers and good times.

Rather basic college town dive bar with minimal furnishings/ chairs and fairly pricey liquor but relatively cheap beer

Friendly staff, great drinks.
