Pizza and subs are very good but the chicken dinner is terrible

Get the overnight shipping!! My girlfriend and I went on a pizza tour of the east coast a year ago and out of all the pizza places we had, Imperial Pizza was hands down her favorite. Since it was her birthday recently I reached out to Imperial Pizza to ship some out to California. Unfortunately FED EX dropped the ball and the overnight shipping took 4 days. I called Imperial Pizza back and they sent me a new pizza because they back their products and customer service is their priority. Definitely will order from them again. 10/10 recommend.

Quality and service has started to go down the drain over the years. Delivery has become useless as they never follow proper instructions and can tell they don’t really care what you have to say on the phone when placing an order. Have been a loyal customer 15+ years, unfortunately will no longer return but it will not have that much of an impact since the company relies on quantity over quality for the customer base
